We don't sell products
Lab Proofs is software. We never compete with you, and we never approach your buyers to sell them anything.
Your buyer list is yours
Buyers join through your invite. We don't share your list with other factories or use it for anything else.

Proven Lab works for neither you nor your buyers, which is why buyers believe its reports.

Questions factories ask
Can't find yours? Ask it in the partner form and we'll answer in English or Chinese.
What does it cost my factory?
No platform fee. You pay for batch tests with Proven Lab at our special partner price, and nothing else.
Which lab tests my batches?
Proven Lab, our independent partner lab. Every report carries its name, so anyone can check a result with the lab directly.
Will my buyers see my company name?
No. Reports show a facility code. Your buyers already know you because they buy from you; their customers never see your name.
Do I have to test every batch?
You choose which products to verify. We suggest starting with your best sellers. Once a product is on Lab Proofs, each new batch of it needs one vial tested.
How do I get paid?
Buyers pay their plans to Lab Proofs. We pay your share every month and show each payment in your dashboard. The exact share is set in the partner agreement.
Can my buyers resell?
Yes, on every plan. Their B2B buyers can show the same report under their own brand, and each of them adds to your income.
What is white label?
It's coming soon as a separate offer. A business will be able to run the whole platform under its own name and domain and sell it to its own clients. Today, every plan shows tests under the buyer's own brand on Lab Proofs.
Can a report be changed after it's published?
No. A report is locked the moment it goes live. If a batch is tested again, the new report is added with its own date and the old one stays visible.
Is Lab Proofs a lab, or a seller?
Neither. Proven Lab does the testing. Lab Proofs is the software in between: we publish the reports, run the verify pages, handle billing and pay you.
What is the letter of intent?
A short letter saying your factory wants to join as a partner. It covers confidentiality but doesn't bind you to business terms. Those are agreed later in the partner agreement.
Is the platform live?
Not yet. We're building it with our development partner and setting up with our founding factory. The screens on this site are demos with sample data, and features, plans and prices are not final.
